On June 2, 2026, NVIDIA unveiled OmniDreams, a groundbreaking physical world model that generates extreme weather and complex traffic scenarios in real time. Built on the Cosmos diffusion model and designed specifically for autonomous driving closed-loop simulation, it produces autoregressive action-conditioned videos where every decision from the driving policy instantly affects the environment. It can simulate heavy rain, blizzards, dense fog and unexpected traffic events. Integrated into NVIDIA Omniverse, it is now in beta with leading autonomous driving companies.
