China's "Lingsheng" Supercomputer Tops Global TOP500 List
On June 23, the latest Global TOP500 Supercomputer ranking was unveiled at ISC 2026 in Hamburg, Germany. China's fully domestic "Lingsheng" supercomputer claimed the No.1 spot with 2.19 EFlops of sustained double-precision performance, marking China's return to the top after nine years. Powered by fully indigenous chips and liquid-cooling technology, it supports key research in climate simulation, biomedicine, and aerospace, demonstrating China's world-class high-performance computing capability.
